Reservations require a deposit to secure your spot. Full payment is due 30 days before tour departure. Cancellation policies apply as outlined in our booking confirmation.

3. Safety Requirements

All participants must possess a valid motorcycle license and meet minimum experience requirements. Safety equipment is mandatory and provided. Participants must complete safety orientation before tour departure.

4. Liability and Insurance

Participants acknowledge inherent risks in motorcycle touring. Comprehensive insurance coverage is included. Participants are responsible for following safety guidelines and instructor directions.

5. Conduct Policy

Participants must conduct themselves responsibly and follow all local traffic laws. We reserve the right to remove participants who endanger themselves or others.

6. Weather and Route Changes

Routes may be modified for safety due to weather conditions. Alternative arrangements will be provided when possible. No refunds for weather-related route changes.
